Your Role

As a Designer, you’ll be a key part of our Marketing team, collaborating closely with our People, Ops, and Social Media teams. You’ll conceptualize and execute visual assets across both digital and physical touchpoints – from social media visuals to in-studio signage.

Whether it’s customer-facing campaigns or employer branding initiatives, you’ll help bring our brand to life and build consistency across every platform.

Your Responsibilities

Create and develop digital and print design assets (social media, ads, web, merch, signage, and more
Support employer branding and internal comms in collaboration with the People team
Design visual assets for our B2C marketing channels and in-studio experiences
Contribute to UX/UI components in our digital ecosystem
Work closely with the Ops team on signage and other operational design needs

Das bringst du mit

3+ years of professional experience in design
Strong digital design background – UX/UI experience is a plus
Figma is your native language
Great eye for aesthetics, typography, and pragmatic design
Solid understanding of branding across multiple touchpoints
Hands-on, structured, and quality-driven work style
High-level German skills, fluent in English
You’re a team player with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership
Excited about working in a fast-paced, office-first startup environment
